It was my husband’s birthday and I send them a request to have some surprise. They left some balloons, snacks and swag in the bedroom, it was super cool. He loved it! Location is excellent, you can walk anywhere, it’s between the Millenium Park and the Riverside Walk. Looks like it was just renovated. The bar on the rooftop is very fun as has amazing views. Bedroom is very complete. Amenities are very good. Employees were all great. Noise is low considering location. We would definitely stay with them again.

Disappointed that a hotel associated with sport illustrated had few TV’s at the bar and TV’s did not have nfl network Toilet fill valve constantly stuck causing toilet to run constantly

This hotel is in a great location. We felt totally safe. The staff was so nice and accommodating. They had fun gatherings with free food and drinks. The room was a little cramped so I would reserve the larger room. The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

There were no amenities aside from the coffee shop which had limited hours. No other food or drink. Also, when I checked in I was hard pressed to schedule a time share appointment. I asked for a late check out, ONLY if I participated in the marketing appointment. I said no at least 10 times. This hotel was significantly over priced for the amenities offered.

Хотелось бы, чтобы администрация отеля рассмотрела возможность проводить уборку номеров хотя бы раз в 2–3 дня. Мы проживали 5 ночей, и за это время очень не хватало влажной уборки. При этом чистые полотенца нам принесли сразу по первой просьбе, за что отдельное спасибо.
