None of the dispensers had been filled. The room was not that clean. The restaurant in the hotel was limited for food choice, and their staff were unfriendly.

The overall condition of the room was very disappointing and well below what we would expect from a hotel. There were noticeable marks on the walls, stains on the hallway carpet, a bathroom door that was difficult to close due to water damage, and missing air vents and lamps. The bathroom sink was particularly concerning, with a large visible gap between the sink and wall that looked poorly patched up and dangerously unstable. Although we were eventually moved to another room, the initial condition of the room was disappointing. Overall, the rooms felt poorly maintained and lacked the quality and attention to detail expected of a hotel.

Whilst this hotel is not in central Queenstown it proved to be great for accessing the surrounding areas. It was a well-equipped, comfortable room, with good facilities for self-catering and close to shops and restaurants. The washing machine and dryer were very useful.
