Perfect location for a stop over on way to early morning flight to Aussie. Walkable distance to airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

Original room was TERRIBLE. Had an on going buzz noise which I think was something to do with the heating/boiler system extremely noisy. Staff member came upstairs and agreed that it was a terrible ongoing noise and we were given another room which was much better.
Comfortable and clean room, with a stove to cook, although I didn't use it. The room has a washing machine and dryer. There is underground parking, an elevator, and that day happened to be raining heavily, so no need to get wet moving luggage👍. However, there are not many parking spaces, so it may be difficult to find a spot during the peak tourist season. But there are other outdoor parking lots nearby.

Comfortable studio room with kitchen and laundry facilities close to the airport. Staff were so helpful and friendly in every interaction. Great area to grab a bite and close walk to The Silky Otter Cinema and drive or walk to Frankston shopping district. Would highly recommend

Rooms weren’t made up daily, having to grab a key to use the toilets in the hotel downstairs seemed pretty average when we were staying there!
