The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool, a sauna and a steam room and it’s located in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was good and we didn’t find anything amiss. The views from the rooms to the ocean and harbor are amazing.

The rooms feature a (once) beige colored carpet. Over the years a lot of stains accumulated, which are very visible and the standard housekeeping won’t change that.

Rooms were large and breakfast included was good. Reception staff who greeted us and lady working in bar in the pool area were very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the photos of the hotel showed fabulous ocean views. This was the reason we selected this hotel instead of other accommodation in the old town of Split. We regretted our selection as we had no view (the rooms opposite us did) and it was not within comfortable walking distance of the old town. In fact, it was in a residential area which was remote from any shops or restaurants. The hotel restaurant was not available on the night we stayed so we had to select from the pool service menu. The food was not overly appetising and the menu selection was limited. The hotel did not live up to the photos provided and the rooms, though large, were very tired looking. In addition, one of the male staff members who assisted us in taking our luggage to the lift area, had extremely bad body odour. I'm not sure why this hotel is rated 'fabulous". It is not a four star hotel and we would not recommend. Would recommend staying in the old town instead.
