Located among houses
Unfortunately, I couldn't stay at the property due to health issues, I informed the hotel and requested a refund. After a few days, they replied that they could accommodate me and that I could use the reservation until 1.9. I also replied to that message stating that it was a serious health issue and surgery, with an unknown outcome of the operation, and again asked for a refund. However, to this day (almost two months later), nobody has replied to me. If the hotel's policy is not to refund the money, I respect that, but it is only fair and human to respond to the message; this is pure unprofessionalism.

The spa was almost always closed, every time we tried to enter, everything was turned off.
The staff were efficient and very helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and knew where all the amenities were. We had lunch and dinner at the property, which was not only of excellent quality but also provided great friendly service and good value. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a restful stay. We truly appreciated the care shown by the staff and will definitely return on our next trip to Split. Thank you again!
