The room is tiny, the bed linens are of low quality (probably due to the frequency of change, mine was slightly torn). Very expensive water. Reception with little comfort structure - only hard benches and chairs.

There was a continuous noise coming from the room's balcony, I believe it was from a generator or air conditioning units and it was quite annoying.

I liked the location of the accommodation, especially the comfort of the room which is a good room although it is quite small it did not interfere with the size and space of the room because the bed is comfortable, there was still a little space to move around but it is very small. Breakfast is very good and the location was very convenient.

I found the room small due to little space to move around and organize things but that was not the main point, in my opinion, it was the service that was very poor. The impression given was that we were bothering the staff by being there, I arrived a little early and had to change in the bathroom, I had a lot of trouble, my wife even more because it was not informed in the chat here on Booking that we would not be able to pay an extra daily rate to enter the hotel and get ready, they only said that we would have to hire this extra daily rate, however, there was no extra daily rate to hire at the time we arrived. Right at check-out they charged an extra daily rate, fair because we stayed a little longer, but at the time we really needed it, which was when we arrived because it was close to the event time to change, they acted as if we were beggars, we were really mistreated on the spot. A great example of the type of service we received was when paying this extra daily rate at check-out, in practice the male attendants were the worst, there was a lady at the reception who treated us decently, but the man who charged the daily rate spoke in a punitive tone, I did not understand why as if I had to pay for the inconvenience of staying an extra day, I paid without complaining, I did not complain about paying an extra daily rate, but he used this punitive tone of extra daily rate that I found unnecessary and did not understand why the environment there was so hostile for a simple hotel, it is comfortable, but its level is not a luxury level, that is, I really did not understand the type of treatment of these people who work in this hotel, I have been to several other hotels of much better levels and all are very cordial and hospitable, I did not feel this hospitality from the staff.
