Впечатления гостей
- Cleanliness8.8
Generally described as very clean and tidy in multiple reviews, though one report mentioned spider webs and a less welcoming feel in one stay.
- Service9.7
Staff repeatedly praised as gracious, helpful and fantastic; guests frequently called out friendly, helpful service and bag storage assistance.
- Location9.7
Consistently praised as excellent and central (near Victoria Square metro, walkable to Old Montreal and downtown), a major positive across reviews.
- Room Quality8.2
Rooms described as spacious, elegant, with great beds and old-world character; some issues noted (one uncomfortable mattress report, awkward electrical outlet placement, shower/head placement).
- Amenities7.0
Elevator reliability is a recurring negative (multiple reports of the elevator breaking down), which lowers the amenities score despite a fun bar/quirky public spaces.
- Value for Money8.5
Not explicitly discussed in most reviews; overall positive experience, so assigned the target overall rating as a neutral baseline.
- Food and Beverage8.0
Breakfast received mixed but generally positive notes (some called it perfect or lovely; others said it was minimal—croissant and coffee only).
- Overall Experience8.1
Overall stays described as enjoyable, charming, and fun with outstanding staff and character, though repeated facility issues (elevator, occasional maintenance) temper the perfection.
