NIce and comfortable. The art work was great, however, the hotel needs to do a one pager to help guests learn about the art (or at least what artworks are displayed!). The breakfast croissants were very nice...odd there was such a mediocre jam or peanut butter? Coffee okay. Proximity to various parts of Old Town superb.

Great location in Old town, minutes from Notre Dame Basilica and blocks away from St Paul Street. Great eclectic hotel with wonderful art from the 60's and 70's. Rooms were spacious and furnished in old French antique style. Breakfast was served every morning consisting of coffee, juice, and croissants.

The check in process was awful. We arrived early one morning. We were told to come back at 1:00, then 2:00, the 3:00, then 3:30. Meanwhile other guest were arriving for the same kind of room and being checked in immediately. The staff was surly and unapologetic about the delays. If the staff had been friendly and customer focused, the rating would have been excellent.
