Very clean, modern facilities, we had an excellent view of the lake and mountains. Staff friendly, we had dinner and that was very nice. A short stroll to everything.

We love this place! Even accommodated to our room request of having a certain room! We were very happy about this! Will always come back to this place when visiting Queenstown

The rooms are lovely, felt really nice arriving. Comfotable, clean, had everything for a great stay. The location is perfect, not just for lovely views across Lake Wakatipu and the mountains but easy walking distance to town, (little bit of a hike uphill back.) Loved having a wee balcony.

I think the only thing I'd keep in mind is that access to some of the chalet-style rooms are up some narrow stairs without lift access so there might be a bit of wrangling luggage up stairways. There are downstairs options if that's an issue though. Personally I really liked the whole configuration and it didn't bother me at all but I was mindful of my travel companion who is older and didn't pack as light as me.
