The whole resort is great! The restaurants are solid, the buffet is good. Every single staff member I came across was so nice! Everytime they saw us they asked if we needed any coffee, drinks, anything delivered to our room. The only downside to the hotel is its not located directly on the beach but I was well aware of this before booking. Not being directly on the beach actually made the resort feel less touristy and super relaxing. Although there is no direct beach access they have golf carts taking you to their own private beach only a 3 min drive away with a restaurant which was very nice, and they will take you to the beach any time of day. The pools are great, our room was massive and very clean. We had an issue with the hot water upon arriving. They sent somebody to our room within 5 mins and got it fixed. Definitely reccomend this hotel. Keirin el flacco was our guy who checked us in and helped us with everything. Big shout out to him!
