Впечатления гостей
- Cleanliness8.0
Mixed reports: some guests describe the apartments as clean and modern, but several reviews mention inconsistent or missed cleaning service and issues with shower water leakage.
- Service8.0
Service is inconsistent: staff are described as friendly by some, but many guests report poor responsiveness, maintenance delays (AC not fixed), and staff finishing duties early which limits support.
- Location9.8
Consistently praised: central location, near restaurants/cafés, good views (river/pools) and convenient for staying in the area.
- Room Quality9.0
Generally modern and stylish apartments with good views; some units have issues (small second room, broken AC in some apartments) but overall room quality is high.
- Amenities7.8
Mixed amenities: many essentials present (washing machine, etc.) but guests report missing items in some units (microwave, dishwasher), variable TV channels, inconsistent Wi‑Fi and at least one report of internet not working.
- Value for Money9.0
Perceived as good value by several guests (reasonable restaurant prices and location advantages), though service/maintenance lapses reduce perceived value for some stays.
- Food and Beverage9.0
On-site and nearby dining is convenient and reasonably priced; however, cafés beneath the hotel can create late-night noise for some rooms.
- Overall Experience9.8
Overall positive: great location, pleasant modern apartments and views. Stay quality is high when facilities work and staff responsiveness is timely; service and amenity inconsistencies are the main negatives.
