Apartment cleaning service is not done completely, just changing the garbage bags, placing Kleenex with quick bathroom cleaning, making the bed without cleaning the kitchen and living room, and without using the vacuum cleaner unless requested, and they give you the feeling that they are not pleased

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, the apartments are above excellent, this is the second time I stay here. Cleanliness, furniture, and sound insulation are excellent. Parking is available below the hotel and free for guests. Cafes and restaurants are available in the building's courtyard, and the place is considered an important tourist meeting point (Hayat). Whether you book a studio apartment or a one-bedroom (all of them have two bathrooms), the only difference is in the space and the view, and the prep kitchen is equipped with everything. The hotel is very close to the airport and near the Elja Center, on the river, and almost close to the Old City Center (for those who own a car - a straight street, no need for turns). The place is quiet at all times - choose a view of the river as it also overlooks the cafes' courtyard. For first-time check-in, go to the lower parking, take the parking card, park the car, then go up to reception to check-in and inform them that your car is below so they can give you a magnetic key to open the parking gate for free (as there are no street parking in front of the building) and another magnetic key to open the entrance door from the lower parking to your apartment

Only when hosting events at Elja Center, many visitors resort to the hotel's parking, causing congestion and difficulty in finding parking for your car

No one to carry luggage or do daily cleaning... cleanliness is average in the lobby. The TV is not working

The hotel is extremely bad, there is a water leak in the bathrooms and clogging in the sinks, and when I asked to change the room, they refused, and the receptionist told me that it is prohibited by the management to switch and change for any reason... honestly, the hotel's location is excellent but there is no care at all, and I notice a lot of neglect and lack of follow-up, even the trash bags, God bless you, are piled up at the bottom by the elevator door leading to the parking. I will never stay there again
