Honnêtement, mon séjour a été totalement gâché. Il n'y a absolument rien de positif à retenir de cet établissement. J'ai été traumatisé par les conditions sur place et j'ai dû fuir les lieux précipitamment.

L'état d'insalubrité critique de la chambre (numéro 06). infestation de cafards (salle de bain, cuisine, meubles), plafond moisi, frigo qui fuit abondamment et literie sale avec des taches. Le plus scandaleux dans cette affaire, c'est qu'aucun remboursement n'a été fait, ni par l'hôtel, ni par Booking.com. Les deux rejettent la faute et refusent d'assumer leurs responsabilités face à ce danger sanitaire et à cette mise en danger du client. Fuyez cet endroit !

I really loved our room. It had been very recently renovated, and the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The kitchen was especially great, as it had everything we needed, particularly as a family with young children. There was no shampoo provided, but that was a minor issue since you can easily buy it anywhere. The heating was provided by small electric radiators plugged into wall sockets, but they worked very well for the room.

The building honestly looked like something straight out of a horror movie. Since we were travelling with children, I felt quite scared and even hesitated to stay there on the first night. Our floor was under renovation, and the corridors throughout the building were in terrible condition. They looked more like the hallways of an old public car park. Overall, the building was very dirty and outdated, which was in complete contrast to our room, which fortunately had been recently renovated. I personally wouldn’t stay here again with children because the building made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. However, for a couple or someone travelling alone, it might be perfectly fine.
