Don't book this place if you want a clean and safe accommodation in Brussels. The accommodation is in an incredibly sketchy and unsafe area. It's not advised to walk around that district, especially not if you are a woman! The hotel itself is barely anything like the pictures provided: unhygienic and unclean, smelling of mold with leaks everywhere, stained walls, dead flies, and bugs in the kitchen, and there were WORMS IN THE TOILET. When we asked for a refund, we were denied, so we had to stay 8 nights in this unsafe and unhygienic place. When we asked the staff to clean our room and take the trash out, we were only given an empty trash bag to "take it out ourselves". The room wasn't cleaned throughout our 8 days of stay, not even once. Overall, a horrible experience, please stay far away from this hotel.
