Commenced stay on a tour (3 nights) and added an additional night pre-booked, but privately paid. Asked on arrival at check-in if we needed to change rooms and advised no. However, early evening on the last night, when our room hadn't been cleaned, and we asked why, we were told we had to change rooms as we had paid for a higher priced room. We changed into a new room on the same floor, but half the size, for the last 8hrs of our stay as left at 3.30am. On arrival at Acnos, there was a dirty dinner plate on the floor near the lifts. Although the rooms on our floor were cleaned daily, the dirty plate remained on the floor until we told reception as we changed rooms on day three. It was then removed immediately. Its the little things that were not attended to or seemed difficult.
