Love the location, as it is surrounded by cafes, shops (clothes) and malls.. I like that the hotel is neat/ clean and staff are helpful and friendly..

The noise from the streets that disrupts my sleep.. and it is not wheelchair friendly, as there is no ramp in the entrance, but staff are very friendly and help out with the luggage..

Staying in a room at the front of the building was a bit noisy

A nice spacious room in the middle of Ben Thanh and a short walk away from everything you need and key attractions in HCM!

Some of the amenities could use with a freshen up. The bathroom was a bit dark with only 1 light and the mirror light. On the main road so can be a bit loud at times
