An excellent location for visiting Tel Aviv! Our first impression was shaped by the incredibly welcoming girl at the reception. She was extremely helpful with the check-in process and made sure that we and our elderly parents were placed in adjacent rooms. Later on, she surprised my parents by sending a complimentary bottle of champagne to their room. It was such an unexpected and heartwarming touch! There is an elevator in the building, which was a huge plus for our parents. The hotel itself and the rooms are designed in a beautiful vintage style, making you feel as if you’ve stepped into a classic movie from the past century. The room is equipped with everything you need, including a fridge. Our windows faced the inner courtyard, so the street noise didn't bother us at all. At the same time, the location is perfect — there is a great variety of cafés and restaurants right next to the hotel to choose from.

A minor downside regarding the location: The only downside is related to the street itself rather than the hotel. The entrance is located on a street where taxis cannot pull up directly to the door. Additionally, many drivers seem to struggle with finding the address on their navigation apps. On our departure day, this became quite an issue — I was only able to leave with the third taxi I called, as the previous two couldn't figure out how to reach the spot.

אכזבה. הזמנו ליומולדת של התאומים לילה עם ארוחת בוקר. למרות ששילמנו על ארוחת בוקר לא קיבלנו אותה ולמרות שבאישור ההזמנה מוכח שהוזמנה ארוחה, לא קיבלנו זיכוי. בנוסף חדר משפחה עם מקלחת ושירותים שקופים. אין פרטיות. הניקוז במקלחת לא עובד והיא הוצפה. באסה לילדים שציפו ביומולדת

בגלל שהמלון בהרצה אין אפשרות לארוחת בוקר. בחדר המקלחת והשירותים יש זכוכית שאינה אטומה. אין מקום להניח בגדים או תיקי רחצה. דלת השירותים לא נסגרה עד הסוף. בחדר הפונה לרחוב- החלון אינו אטום והרעש היה חזק מאד.
