There was a missing shelf above the sink in the shower, but even before I mentioned it, I understood that they had already ordered shelves for all the rooms

There was no hot water. The shower and the toilets are transparent, no privacy. We asked for a hairdryer and they gave us one without a plug at the end, which caught fire during use and burned some of my wife's hair

Our room was on the street side and it was very noisy all night. The sink in the bathroom was uncomfortable, no place to put our stuff. I couldn't put on my makeup comfortably

The hotel is newly renovated, the potential has not yet reached 100% as the bars and the restaurant will be fully open, but for now, the rooms are perfect (deluxe rooms, not street side, are the best of the best). The staff (especially Keren - thanks for everything) are all great and supportive. The location is just at the beginning of Rothchild, a perfect location for both business and pleasure. We really enjoyed the location. In my opinion, the total value for money is one of the best after trying many different hotels in the city. My partners from Asia, older people, also loved the place and asked me to only stay there from now on. Love it!
