Noisy rooms due to location in centre and bad soundproofing, warm water takes 5 minutes to arrive at 10th floor, A/C blows over bed (not possible to change the airflow), elevators so hot (could use fan at least)

Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of choices, and the coffee was excellent. All the staff were friendly, especially Zoey. She was always smiling and ready to help. Such a pleasant stay!

Khách sạn xinh xắn lắm luôn, phòng sạch sẽ, thơm tho và cực kỳ thoải mái. Hồ bơi đẹp, tha hồ chụp hình sống ảo. Bữa sáng ngon, cà phê cũng rất hợp gu mình. Đặc biệt là bạn Zoey siêu dễ thương, lúc nào cũng cười tươi và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách. Nhất định sẽ quay lại nè! 🥰

Loved this hotel! The pool was amazing, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed having coffee every morning. Zoey was wonderful, super sweet, attentive, and professional. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay!

You will be greeted by most smiley staff call Dan upon your arrival and he will be there all day to say Xin Chao to you first before you start your day. Clean facilities, great rooftop pool and a good spread breakfast are also available. Shout out to Zoey who manage to organise our last minute tours around DaNang - all in all it was a pleasant stay 😃
