I really liked the service from all the staff, especially from Zoey, Tuyen, and Team Bay. They were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. There was a mix of Western and traditional dishes to choose from.

Always smiling and attentive, she was able to respond to all our requests with remarkable efficiency. We also want to warmly thank Dan Tuyen, the doorman/front desk manager, for his professionalism and kindness. His sense of hospitality and thoughtfulness added a personal touch to our experience. He took great care of us. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and cleanliness is impeccable. But it's really the team that makes this establishment so special.
