My chair in my room was broken but may have been someone before me. Not too fussed.

On ne comprend pas trop les anciens retour, on nous parle d’un accueil convivial que nous n’avons pas eu. Personne nous a calculé mis à part le mari qui est venu nous chercher (qu’on a payé). Au niveau de la chambre, un confort déplorable.. un lit dur comme si c’était le sol, pas de couverture, seulement un pauvre drap.. de plus, le logement est si loin de tout.. on nous a mentionné un restaurant à 20min à pied, mais c’est très très loin de ça.. petit dej était ok

First of all, this is a rural house and it’s far away from everything. Staying in the same house with a local family can be an interesting experience, but it’s also very obvious that the mother of the family isn’t comfortable with the situation. And understandably so—who would want to have strangers coming and going in their home every day?

Sava me recebeu muito bem, oferencendo servico de transfer do aeroporto. Me ajudou a sacar dinheiro e comprar meu jantar, o que achei muito gentil da parte dele. A familia toda foi muito simpática e me recebeu muito bem na casa deles.
