Customer service is amazing The two girls in the front desk were very friendly . Security staff were very nice. The gentleman was was serving the Arabic coffee was very friendly and very nice.

I would recommend adding shower curtain or glass curtain to separate the shower from the bathroom . Water is all over the floor when trying to shower or use the bathroom .

Customer service was great !! Front desk Serena and Layan were so courteous , polite , friendly and so helpful. The security and other staff were amazing as well Will definitely be back and recommend this place

Little improvement on breakfast. It was ok but not as i expected. The lady at the restaurant is very nice
