Not clean. No maintenance of most of the appliances. Delay in response. Bad restaurant. Customer has to call and wait until they open the car parking. Dirts left in the corridor between room for more than 5 days. Half of the AC sockets in the room are not working

The staff are extremely kind and are easy to work with despite occasionally a language barrier. That is no fault of their own by the way, I could have learned more Arabic.

~~eh there could be a lower plug in the room for a phone charger. This is probably a building age thing, if all else. Some things are hard to control. It's such a minor gripe.~~ update: they saw the plug issue and provided a surge strip that went to the ground. thank you truly- Derrick
