The staff were great - all communication handled swiftly, clearly and friendly. Good sized room with very good air conditioning. Location was good being only 5 mins from Via Roma which is the main arterial route with loads of buses. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by including the excellent Nova.

TBH for this price point I just thought the apartment was a bit tired - scuffed paintwork, mouldy silicon, loose skirting, very dodgy key for electricity (with a looming €20 fine for the person for whom it breaks off in the lock), noisy fridge, and a bed and pillows which we found a bit uncomfortable. It is by no means poor but we were in Sicily for 10 days and this was the poorest cost to quality accommodation we had- perhaps Palermo needed another €30 a night.

Habitaciones muy oscuras, no hay servicio de ningún tipo. No había nadie cuando llegamos (18 hs), nos resultó difícil ingresar, no limpiaron las habitaciones el segundo día (solo estuvimos dos noches), cobraron el agua.

El personal es muy amable y agradable, el apartamento era bastante amplio y muy bien situado, en una zona de restaurantes y muy cerca de todo.

El apartamento era totalmente interior, la terraza era un patio sin ningún tipo de vista. Para mi gusto faltaba un microondas en la cocina.
Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Blisko do Starego Miasta, głównych atrakcji, autobusów. Nie korzystaliśmy ze śniadań na miejscu. W pokoju i łazience było czysto.

Bardzo niewygodne po prostu już zużyte łóżka. No i pokój był bardzo ciemny. Duże drzwi na taras ale taras mocno zacieniony i po prostu brzydki. Bez roślin, bez odrobiny czegoś ładnego, ale pokój był tani więc nie narzekaliśmy.
