There was no remote control to use the television in the bedroom. Please buy a full-size ironing board. The desktop ironing board provided is terrible. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter. The entire unit has great lighting except the bathroom. I completed the registration, but received two additional emails saying that I needed to complete the registration. That's annoying and you should really fix that. The property manager provided me the wrong lockbox code. When my wife called to inform the manager, he became argumentative asking how did we get into the building if the code was wrong. The code to get into the building was right. The lockbox code to get the key and open the door was wrong. Never argue with the customer. Admit you made a mistake and provide the correct lockbox code right away. Customers don't need that hassle.

The beds we sooo comfy after walking 25k steps a day. Great location too…near restaurants of the old town and handily a 5 mine walk from the Air Canada airport transfers coach which is recommended.

It would’ve been nice to be able to get the news on tv - only Netflix etc available (which is v good!)

Perfect amount of space for six people, amazing kitchen utilities and gorgeous decor ! Very comfortable beds and the bathroom was very clean.
