We stayed in room 208, it was practically a very large apartment with everything necessary even though unfortunately the cleanliness was not the best. The perfect location, in the center of Old Montreal.

The lack of cleanliness, especially in the bedroom. The check-out was scheduled by 11 so in the morning we went for breakfast and returned at 10:30 to pick up our luggage and leave the accommodation, unfortunately at 10:30 the key no longer opened (it was a key card), luckily there was a receptionist who opened the room, otherwise it would have been a big problem!

The location is perfect. The size of the apartment for a family of five was ideal. A very quiet area, especially for sleeping, no noise at all.

Nothing very important, but it could be better if we had cutlery for at least five people and the same for the seats.

We had a great experience. The correspondence ahead of time was easy and helpful, they were happy to answer any questions in a very friendly helpful way. It was easy to follow the instructions to get into the apartment. The bedding was clean and thankfully had no strong scent. The space was very pleasant to be in, nice and spacious. We didn't use the kitchen but if we had I think we would have had most things needed. The floors were clean. It was nice that there weren't ugly notes and tacky signs and things stuck onto the fridge and other parts of the apartment like there are at some rentals. The natural light in the apartment was really nice. The decor was modern and simple, clean and calm. We were on the top floor and didn't hear any noise. Location is great, walking out into the Old Montreal neighborhood was very convenient to site see and then quick Uber rides to other areas of town to explore. We will stay here again!

Overall these were small things and it was a great place to stay, but there were a few areas that weren't perfectly cleaned in the bathroom, but thankfully I had brought disinfectant wipes with us. Some things were left in the fridge from previous guests but easily dealt with. There was a slight sewage smell, very very faint, that would sometimes occur in the bathroom, but my husband couldn't even smell it, and it only happened a few times. The building construction on the opposite street can't be helped, and once finished will be much more pleasant. It wasn't loud, there were just workers facing our windows sometimes.
