The best thing about the place is its central location and proximity to places like Chinatown, Marina Bay area, and several cultural spots in Singapore. And its right beside the Bencoolen MRT. The reception and room service staff were friendly and accommodating. Sayyid in reception was specially helpful during our check in even allowing us early check in and complementary breakfast the next morning.

We were 3 in a room. The room is a bit small even for 2 pax. Good thing is its clean. Toilet is clean and everything in it works fine.

The front desk assistance, Aqidah was very accommodative with our situation and very helpful. As we arrived quite early after disembark from Disney cruise, exhausted & with large luggages, she allowed us to check-in early to our room. She was very friendly too and help us with all our questions. Definitely will come back to stay in V Hotel Bencoolen.

Nothing major, everything went smoothly. The room was a bit compact.

Easy check-in process, obliging staff, especially Benson who is always very helpful and goes out of his way to assist you.

Rooms are a bit compact albeit modern and clean, but then you get what you pay for and the hotel compensates in other ways to make you stay a pleasure.

The staff were excellent. Reception very helpful. Benson the concierge was super helpful. Location near metro brilliant. I could also walk to many locations. My stay was great. They even gave me a late check out.

Room was good but didn't need extra bed.
