Wonderful staff, central location, convenient for everything, I don't know how to thank them for all the kindness they showed us, they are always available to help their guests. They offered us a room to freshen up before going to the airport (for free) and kept our luggage all day. Highly recommended!

Good location, hotel, and staff. Got a free late check-out from Sayyid which was very convenient to explore the city during the day and have a shower before heading to the airport. Thanks for that!

Jazserina was awesome. She offered suggestions for things to do in the area and was so kind and friendly. The room was really nice too, clean and comfortable.

The hospitality. We had a sick little baby and the staff accommodated us and allowed for a very late checkout to not disturb him. Very grateful.

The remote check-in was very smooth as the access to the place using the code. The location in front of Reina Sofia is fabulous. The staff on-site was super kind.
