This is my 5th stay at City Gardens Grand this year (2026). They have dedicated housekeeping staff for each floor/level and I have stayed on various levels. Every one of these staff have been outstanding when performing their duties and they make sure that your room and comfort is their priority during your stay. The views have always been spectacular, from level 21 to level 29. The beds have been enormous and very easy to sleep in, with a variety of pillows and quality linen. Room service has a large selection of western and local food options from the FireFly Restaurant on the Top Floor, that always arrive in your room promptly and with a smile. The room service attendants make you feel like you have a private butler. Last but certainly not least - the door attendants on arrival in the impressive foyer and the numerous staff at the 24 hour reception counter, all go out of their way to provide the best possible service, where as I have said in a previous 10 out of 10 review rating, they made me feel like a celebrity! The real celebrities are the wonderful employees of this Hotel. It is so good that it could feature in a movie.

The lifts took ages and as there were only 3 lifts for 32 floors it took ages

Great service, perfect location, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Emann and Jaycee were very helpful with luggage and Grab.
