I loved the entire hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, they replenished the amenities after each cleaning. The hotel was very clean, the location of the hotel seemed very good to me, it is true that it is very close to what we could call the 'red light district' but it is not a dangerous place by any means. One of the things I liked the most was the pool and the jacuzzi. Spectacular views from the top floor of the building.

The only downside I would mention is that sometimes you could hear the footsteps from the room above. Regarding what many people say about the elevator, I didn't think it was that bad, at most you wait 5 minutes sometimes, but no more, it is not exaggerated.

Please relocate the hand towels from above the toilet to next to the wash hand basin.
The hotel itself is fine, with good views and a good area in Manila. Without that in mind, it falls short for other reasons.

The elevators have quite a few problems and the waiting times are noticeable. But what weighed the most was the management of a cancellation we requested for a medical reason: the response was cold, they demanded a justification from us and gave us until 14:00 on the same day, with no further margin. We had to change all our plans and both stay there when the initial idea was for only one person to stay; the hospital admission was the next day.
