* Hardwood flooring: The carpet in the room is old and should be replaced with hardwood flooring. While allowing pets is certainly a great policy, carpets tend to retain pet dander, fine hair, and other allergens, even with thorough and regular cleaning. This can create hygiene concerns and potentially trigger allergic reactions or respiratory problems for sensitive guests. Hardwood flooring is much easier to clean and maintain, making it a more hygienic and practical option. * Bathroom amenities: A body wash dispenser should be provided in the bathroom. Body wash is more convenient and hygienic than a shared or individually supplied bar of soap. * In-room refrigerator: A small refrigerator should be available in each room. This would be a useful and convenient amenity for guests to store drinks, snacks, and perishable items.

I have stayed at the Park Terrace a number of times. A great location, lovely rooms, excellent staff. We opt for a high floor premier room which we find very comfortable and quiet. We enjoy the Branch (guest only) lounge for breakfast or drinks.

Loved the room, location, and the "little amenities" like the complementary popcorn and lemonade on arrival. The private lounge was quiet and comfortable. The in-room refrigerator and Nespresso machine were really nice. The room was larger than most NYC hotels and we found it very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again.

The bath soap instead of liquid bath wash was a little annoying. Recommend people bring their own liquid bath wash (or go down the street to the CVS).

Room was small, expensive.

The best thing is the location. The bedroom is small, but confortable. Bathroom has a good size.

No fridge in the room. The street is too noisy even though the room was in the 7th floor I could hear the people talking and working.
