Billing was not so good. I used Booking.com and paid in full in advance. It appears the hotel didn't accept the Booking.com payment and recharged my credit card. I am looking for someone to refund me back 1 over charge, but no luck. Still attempting to work out a solution one month later. Not sure who is at fault but double charging is not acceptable.
