Впечатления гостей
- Cleanliness7.0
Mixed reports: several guests praised spotless rooms, but multiple reviews describe unclean kitchens, filthy floors, stains on walls, dirty cutlery and a smelly couch; overall cleanliness is inconsistent.
- Service10.0
Consistently positive: staff and front desk praised as amazing and responsive, with front-of-house resolving booking/room allocation issues professionally.
- Location9.7
Very strong: repeatedly described as central, close to beach and dining, great views and within walking distance of key spots; convenient transport access noted.
- Room Quality9.0
Generally good: rooms described as comfortable, modern and spacious with great views and soft beds; some units had issues (dirty sofa, drafts, heating inefficiency).
- Amenities7.5
Below expectations in places: lack of on-site food/drink options (vending only), reported sauna/steam room maintenance issues and parking allocation problems; some amenities not fully functional.
- Value for Money9.4
Viewed positively by many guests: called great value and suitable for a weekend/couple getaway, despite a few negative experiences.
- Food and Beverage6.2
Noted as a weakness: multiple guests reported no café/restaurant open, cafeteria nonfunctional and only vending-machine options available.
- Overall Experience10.0
Generally very positive: many guests loved their stay citing staff, location and comfortable rooms; problems (cleanliness, amenities) affected some stays but were often mitigated by good service.
