Everything was superb during my stay. Room was large and comfortable , breakfast was good , great location , and the staff are al so friendly and helpful. A special thankyou to the lovely lady Tham at reception who was so delightful and helpful. Ive stayed in HCMC many times and overall the Ben Thanh Retreats is the best.

Building being erected directly next door so banging begins at 0700 everyday! Only has one bedside table which is annoying if you have medical equipment etc.

Building next door was being renovated so there was lots of building noise.
