Everything was superb during my stay. Room was large and comfortable , breakfast was good , great location , and the staff are al so friendly and helpful. A special thankyou to the lovely lady Tham at reception who was so delightful and helpful. Ive stayed in HCMC many times and overall the Ben Thanh Retreats is the best.

Local hotel in easy walking distance to shopping restaurants and massages. Got a late checkout for a small fee. Staff accommodating with requests

Building being erected directly next door so banging begins at 0700 everyday! Only has one bedside table which is annoying if you have medical equipment etc.

Location is great in a little local lane. Close to restaurants and shopping. This is our 2nd stay here.

Building next door was being renovated so there was lots of building noise.
