The location was perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi, with everything within easy walking distance. Our room was lovely and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight, however, was the wonderful hotel staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Lucas, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend.
