Das Hotel braucht in jeder Hinsicht eine Renovierung. Es ist zwar nicht dreckig und grundsätzlich funktioniert alles aber ein passionierter Handwerker hätte hier seine helle Freude. Es gibt viele Stellen, an denen man einfach ausbessern, reparieren, optimieren könnte.
