The room was a nice size and clean. Very spacious for a NYC hotel. Bobby at the bell stand is very friendly. Staff at the front desk could be friendlier at check in.

Extra fees are excessive. Free water bottle in the room would be nice for over $500/night. Paying to store luggage is annoying.

Needs updating and I was charged nearly $300 in additional fees. Still haven’t received my receipt and I checked out 11 hours ago. Our pillow covers smelled like mildew and wallpaper was coming off the walls. In the bathroom it looked like things were coming apart as well.
