Even though the room was ready, they did not allow us to check in early. We stayed for 5 nights. We checked out at 7.40am. It would have been nice if they asked about our check-out time and compensated for early check-in. Having to ask for mugs and teaspoons. It would have been nice if there were welcome cookies or chocolates. No complimentary water bottles. They had a water refill, but if you don't have a bottle, you can't fill it.
