*Even though room was ready not letting us check in early. We stayed for 5 nights. We checked out at 7.40am. It would have been nice if they asked our check out time and compensate early check in. * Having to ask for mugs and teas spoons. * Would have been nice if there were welcome cookies or chocolates. No complementary water bottles. They had a water refill. But if you don't have a bottle you can't fill.
