The hotel is perfect. Directly opposite Schönbrunn, U-Bahn and tram just around the corner. Quiet in the evenings. Couldn't be better 🙂 The staff is always very nice. That's why I stop by at least once a year

Very spacious and well soundproofed room. Complete, diverse, quality breakfast. Decentralized location from the city center but easy access by public transport.

Air conditioning that turns off remotely without the possibility of turning it back on in the room
Upon arrival, the check-in was done immediately and I was told to first park the car in one of the parking garages because parking in front of the hotel is not allowed and in the meantime, the reception would ensure that everything was ready to go to our room. Nicely done. The location is within walking distance of Schonbrunn Palace and close to a tram, bus, and metro station so you can explore all of Vienna from there. The breakfast is well taken care of, but very busy.

It's difficult that there is little to no parking available in front of the hotel. I found it annoying that people couldn't behave at breakfast. However, this does not reflect on the hotel but on certain guests...

Poor maintenance might be the reason for major plumbing issue. Fixed several hours later & cold water restored throughout. The single lift to our room also failed & was unavailable almost all day.
Loved being a little out of the busy inner city center. The proximity to a U-Bahn station meant we were wherever we wanted to be quickly. The hotel is also on the right side of the city for the airport. We used a taxi transfer and the journey took 30 mins. Being so close to Schonnbrunn Palace meant we could dip in and out of the various things we wanted to do over the course of our stay, rather than have one very long day there. Several restaurants, bars, bakeries, and a supermarket nearby so finding food and drinks was easy. Spacious room with good storage for our clothes and luggage, TV, hospitality tray, safe deposit all in the room. Comfy beds and bedding made for a good sleep each night. We appreciated the room upgrade and the early check-in. Thank you so much.

My only point for feedback is the access into the bath/shower. With a large, fixed glass shower screen on the bath, it was tricky for the less agile to get in and out safely. My mum found it quite hard especially as the end of the bath where you get in/out didn't have the non-slip surface. I would suggest having a non-slip bath mat available in the bathroom to use and a handrail at the end of the bath to make it easier to climb out. For those of you traveling with older or less nimble relatives, you may wish to see if they have rooms with just showers.
