Das Hotel ist perfekt. Direkt gegenüber von Schönbrunn, U Bahn und Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke. Abends ruhig. Besser geht's nicht 🙂 Das Personal ist auch immer sehr nett. Deswegen gucke ich mindestens einmal im Jahr vorbei

Air conditionne qui se coupe a distance sans possibilité de le remettre en route dans la chambre

Bij aankomst werd de incheck direct uitgevoerd en werd mij gezegd om eerst de auto in één van de parkeergarages te zetten omdat parkeren voor de deur niet is toegestaan en in de tussentijd zou de receptie er voor zorgen dat alles gereed was om naar onze kamer te gaan. Keurig gedaan. De locatie is op loopafstand van het Slot Schonbrunn en dicht bij een tram, bus en metro station zodat je vandaar uit heel Wenen kunt verkennen. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd, maar wel heel druk.

Lastig dat er weinig tot geen parkeergelegenheid is voor de deur. Ik heb het als vervelend ervaren dat mensen zich bij het ontbijt niet kunnen gedragen. Dit zegt echter niet over het hotel maar over bepaalde gasten....

Poor maintenance might be the reason for major plumbing issue. Fixed several hours later & cold water restored throughout. The single Lift to our room also failed & was unavailable almost all day.

Loved being a little out of the busy inner stadt/city centre. The proximity to a U bahn station meant we were wherever we wanted to be quickly. The hotel is also the right side of the city for the airport. We used a taxi transfer and the journey took 30 mins. Being so close to the Schonnbrunn Palace meant we could dip in and out of the various things we wanted to do over the course of our stay, rather than have one very long day there. Several restaurants, bars, bakeries and a supermarket nearby so finding food and drinks was easy. Spacious room with good storage for our clothes and luggage, TV, hospitality tray, safe deposit all in room. Comfy beds and bedding made for a good sleep each night. We appreciated the room upgrade and the early check in. Thank you so much.

My only point for feedback is the access into the bath/shower. With a large, fixed glass shower screen on the bath, it was tricky for the less agile to get in and out safely. My mum found it quite hard especially as the end of the bath where you get in/out didn't have the non slip surface. I would suggest having a non slip bath mat available in the bathroom to use and a hand rail at the end of the bath to make it easier to climb out. For those of you travelling with older or less nimble relatives you may wish to see if they have rooms with just showers in.
