Surely the location in front of Central Park. The fact that there is a Rooftop that opens every morning for breakfast and a restaurant open in the evening. But that's where it ends. Everything else is absolutely overpriced.

Dirtiness everywhere. The room and especially the carpeted floor are dirty and stained. Dust and bad smells everywhere. I booked a room for almost €1000 per night with a view of Central Park. The window was dirty. Always. Also, the air conditioning in the hotel doesn't work well (but you find out when you arrive there) so I found a super noisy and poorly functional 'Penguin' in the room. Because of this 'Penguin,' it wasn't even possible to close the window. So the noises were very loud. A place that should be stopped and completely renovated. Totally!
