Old furniture and there is dust and some places in the room need to be cleaned

The service and the fact they asked for feedback and did nothing to action it. Waited 4 hours for suitcases to room, no shower get robes or slippers. On third ask got shower gel. When leaving had to want for 30 mins to leave cases. Not a 5 star hotel in the service regard

Room not renovated and cleanliness not optimal: stained carpeting, a sofa with cigarette burn marks, and a bathroom door swollen from moisture.
