The aircon was broken in our room - it was very loud but the controls didn’t work and the room was so hot, making it difficult to sleep.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Marissa and can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived for check-in, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The receptionist who checked us in was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. Unfortunately, we didn’t get her name, but we would like to sincerely thank her for making us feel so welcome from the very beginning. A special thank you as well to Roberta, Matteo, and Julio, who all provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. They were warm, attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Julio was especially kind and thoughtful, always greeting guests with a genuine smile and making everyone feel comfortable and at home. His wonderful attitude truly made a difference. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with convenient access to the train station, metro, and buses. There are plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby, making it very easy to explore and enjoy the area. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Marissa exceeded our expectations. The combination of the excellent location, comfortable room, and—most importantly—the incredibly warm and welcoming staff made our stay truly special. The fact that after 11 pm there is no reception: traveling alone and considering the location in front of the station, I didn't trust coming back too late.

I liked the breakfast, the service of the receptionist Roberta, the breakfast receptionist, who offered us coffee even knowing that we would leave in the early hours for the flight, unfortunately, I had to get another hotel another day, but I would stay there again!!
