Multiple reviews mention cleanliness/propreté positively; guests describe the hotel as clean and well maintained.
Repeated praise for friendly, helpful and attentive staff (mentions of warm welcome, multilingual staff and repeated stays due to staff quality).
Consistently described as unbeatable/inmejorable — right by Plaka/Monastiraki and a short walk to the Acropolis with excellent rooftop views.
Mixed comments: some rooms called spacious and comfortable, but several mentions of small/tiny rooms, thin walls/noise and somewhat dated installations.
Rooftop terrace/restaurant and breakfast frequently highlighted as excellent; minor negatives include a small elevator and older facilities.
Guests note good value and reasonable prices (affordable rooftop dinners, repeat guests), overall seen as good quality-for-price.
Rooftop dinners widely praised and breakfast generally good, though some guests criticised cake/processed items and limited fresh fruit options.
Overall very positive stays driven by location, staff and rooftop; some small issues (room size, noise, minor facility age) prevent a perfect score.

They promote a roof top bar to view the Acropolis. However, it was not available the first 2 nights out of our 3 night stay. It was booked out, by whom who knows, not by us paying to stay, very dissapointing

Having dinner outside in the roof top restaurant with a stunning view of the Acropolis was brilliant.

There was nothing to criticise at all.
Everything perfect. Very central....two minutes from Monastiraki metro station. Top breakfast....just a suggestion. Could add a coffee machine with pods in the breakfast room. At least the Italians drink some decent coffee. Their espresso was undrinkable....said by a Neapolitan like me. The bar terrace on the top floor is a gem...with a breathtaking view of the ACROPOLIS

Just a few girls at the reception... Quite grumpy. The bathroom was very small... but all in all nothing serious
