住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.2

Multiple reviews mention cleanliness/propreté positively; guests describe the hotel as clean and well maintained.

• Service9.6

Repeated praise for friendly, helpful and attentive staff (mentions of warm welcome, multilingual staff and repeated stays due to staff quality).

• Location9.8

Consistently described as unbeatable/inmejorable — right by Plaka/Monastiraki and a short walk to the Acropolis with excellent rooftop views.

• Room Quality7.6

Mixed comments: some rooms called spacious and comfortable, but several mentions of small/tiny rooms, thin walls/noise and somewhat dated installations.

• Amenities9.0

Rooftop terrace/restaurant and breakfast frequently highlighted as excellent; minor negatives include a small elevator and older facilities.

• Value for Money8.8

Guests note good value and reasonable prices (affordable rooftop dinners, repeat guests), overall seen as good quality-for-price.

• Food and Beverage8.6

Rooftop dinners widely praised and breakfast generally good, though some guests criticised cake/processed items and limited fresh fruit options.

• Overall Experience8.6

Overall very positive stays driven by location, staff and rooftop; some small issues (room size, noise, minor facility age) prevent a perfect score.
