Location is great with close proximity to My Khe beach. Breakfast (we had it in the premier lounge) was a highlight - on top of the regular buffet there was a designated station where you can order eggs, steak and Vietnamese noodle soup. Hotel Service is exceptional. Guest Relations Manager (Tram) introduced herself and gave us her number and attended to everything we needed and more. Thank you Tram, Huyen, Hanh and Staff. Rooms were well cleaned and serviced and quiet. Air conditioning was great and not noisy. Our room had a great uninterrupted view of the beach

The only place to have alcoholic beverages was from the Pool Bar. Strangely, not available to order it to the room unless you go get it yourself. Some of the breakfast and afternoon items were a little dry from sitting in the air conditioning, and a little repetitive. Room mattress is getting tired but the addition of mattress topper made it comfortable to sleep in.

Beautiful hotel in international style. Endless breakfast and the structure is very clean and perfect with very nice rooms. Ours on the eleventh floor had a sea view. The rooftop pool is stunning especially in the evening. Very beautiful and highly recommended as it is close to the beach but also near the dragon bridge by car 10 minutes.
