Amazing property, 3 min walk from Da Nang main beach, rooms were incredible - fantastic views across the ocean, team members were all so professional, genuine and welcoming. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager Tien who went above and beyond helping make all our plans each day, Phoung and Phoung An (best Vietnamese massage), Huyen who took care us at breakfast Giam and General Manager who left a personalised note with some tea. Love this place and can't recommend highly enough - will definitely be back and already missing it!! Thanks all!!!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Sala Da Nang Beach Hotel. The hotel itself is nice, with a great location, beautiful views and good facilities. I also appreciated being able to continue using the hotel facilities after checking out, which was very convenient before my flight.

There were a number of small service issues that made the experience less seamless than it could have been. I was advised that room service and the kitchen would be available until a certain time, but when I tried to order, I was initially told they had already closed or were about to. They did eventually make the food, but I then had to wait a significant amount of time for something that should have taken no more than around 20 minutes. There were also a few confusing interactions with staff. I was told I couldnt sit in a particular area in the lobby for a specific reason, only to find that the reason given didn't actually seem to apply. When collecting my luggage, I handed over the luggage tag/holding tag, but was then asked which bag was mine anyway, which made me wonder what the purpose of the tag was. The airport shuttle was also not particularly convenient, as it only operates every two hours. Having a shuttle every hour would make it much more useful for guests with different flight times
