Cleanliness of the room. Soft linens. Location was great for the Falcon Stadium and Aquarium. Plenty of restaurants. Staff was friendly. We were on the 15th floor and had plenty of hot water as soon as we turned on the shower.

Even though we were on the 15th floor, the Underground parties were still pretty loud. I would have appreciated a to-go bag from the breakfast room since our flight left before the breakfast room opened. I would also have appreciated the breakfast room stay open until 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was very delicious and plenty of food. Oh and the king-size bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Close walk to a bunch of restaurants and other stuff like the Mercedes Benz stadium.

The cleanliness of the rooms is at really worrying levels. In the first assigned room, once we uncovered the sheets, we found a kitchen rag under them. We asked for and got a room change, but the situation did not improve at all: the carpet was extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned for a long time. The bathroom was in such conditions that I had to clean it myself; just look at the photos of the towels after simply wiping the sink counter and the floor to understand the level of dirt found. A stay to forget, and no one ever came to clean or tidy up the room in 3 days of stay
